The salon’s common spaces, surfaces, stations and tools are frequently cleaned and sanitized.


Client expectations


If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. No-shows will be charged for their scheduled service.

If you are exhibiting any cold, flu or allergy symptoms at your appointment or have a temperature above 99 degrees you will be rescheduled.

Cancellation & No–Show Policy


To best serve both our clients and our stylists, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice to cancel or change any appointment.

* Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

** Same day no-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service value.

Because canceling on short notice or no-showing your appointment prevents other clients from being able to book, our policy ensures that our busy and talented stylists are compensated for their valuable time. 

To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.


Late Policy


Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving 10 or more minutes after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule at their stylist’s discretion. 

Please call in advance if you anticipate that you may be late and your stylist will let you know whether they will be able to accommodate the timing change.


Client Satisfaction & Adjustment Services


Client satisfaction is very important to us! If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days so we can offer an adjustment.

Your adjustment service will be scheduled with the stylist who performed the original service. Though monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, your stylist will work with you to ensure that the results are to your satisfaction, and you will not be charged for the adjustment service as long as it is a modification of the original service that was booked.

* Please note: most corrective color processes require multiple visits; because of this, adjustment services do not apply to corrective color appointments.
